Our Story

Built by someone who watched the revenue leak happen in real time.

Emoria was founded in 2026 by Matthew Solomon, based out of Calgary, Alberta.

Matthew spent years working in and around trades operations — oil and gas, construction management, field operations. He put in the 12- and 15-hour days. He understood what it meant to run a business where the work never stopped and the admin always piled up.

What he kept seeing, over and over, was a specific and avoidable problem: great companies losing good money not because their work was bad — but because their phone wasn't covered. A furnace call at 11pm going to voicemail. A spring landscaping lead calling three companies and booking with the one that picked up. A $47,000 GC job going to a competitor because the right person was on a roof when it came in.

That's not a marketing problem. That's not a pricing problem. That's a systems problem — and it has a systems fix.

Emoria is that fix. Built specifically for Calgary trades companies, designed to capture the revenue you're already generating but not closing.

"The problem wasn't the quality of the work. It was the gap between the call and the job. We built Emoria to close that gap."

01 · The Pattern
Trades companies don't have a lead problem. They have a response problem.
85% of callers who reach voicemail hang up and call the next company. Calgary's trades market is competitive enough that being second to answer is the same as not answering at all.
02 · The Constraint
You can't hire your way out of a labour shortage. The math doesn't work.
With 5,890 active trade vacancies in Calgary, the option to "just hire a receptionist" doesn't exist the way it used to. AI isn't a compromise — it's the only solution that scales with your operation.
03 · The Fix
Revenue infrastructure fills the gap between when calls come in and when you can answer.
Emoria isn't a phone system or a chatbot. It's a managed AI layer that captures every lead, qualifies every caller, and books every job — without your team touching a single intake call.
How We Operate
Four things that don't change.
🎯
Outcome-Only
We don't sell technology. We sell results. Every engagement starts and ends with a revenue number — what you're losing, what we'll capture, how fast you'll see it.
📐
Built for Your Trade
Every script is written from scratch for your specific vertical — landscaping seasonal scheduling, snow removal contract logic, general contracting project intake. No generic templates.
🏔️
Calgary-Built
We're based in Calgary. We understand Alberta's construction boom, the compressed trades season, the labour gap, and why a 2am furnace call matters. This isn't theory.
📋
No Contracts
Month-to-month. No lock-in, no cancellation fees, no annual commitments. We earn your business every single month by delivering results. That's the only model we trust.
Where We're Headed
Revenue infrastructure is a platform, not a product.

The AI Receptionist is Phase 1 — the foundation every client builds on. Once it's live and paying for itself, the system expands into a full revenue engine.
